...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN CHIPPEWA COUNTY...

At 414 PM CDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Cornell, or 19
miles south of Ladysmith, moving northeast at 20 mph.

Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Cornell and Holcombe.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
