AT 233 PM EDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS OVER WEBBVILLE...OR 8 MILES
NORTHWEST OF YATESVILLE LAKE STATE PARK...MOVING SOUTHWEST AT 5 MPH.

WINDS IN EXCESS OF 40 MPH AND UP TO HALF INCH HAIL ARE POSSIBLE WITH
THIS STORM.

TORRENTIAL RAINFALL IS ALSO OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM. THIS WILL
CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADS. ROADSIDE DITCHES WILL QUICKLY FILL
WITH RUNNING WATER. LOCALIZED FLOODING IS POSSIBLE IN POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE THROUGH FLOODED ROADWAYS.
