SURF ALONG WEST FACING SHORES WILL BE 2 TO 4 FEET THROUGH SUNDAY.

SURF ALONG EAST FACING SHORES WILL BE 3 TO 5 FEET THROUGH SUNDAY.

SURF ALONG SOUTH FACING SHORES WILL BE 2 TO 3 FEET TODAY...RISING
TO 3 TO 4 FEET SUNDAY.

OUTLOOK THROUGH SATURDAY MAY 07:
A SERIES OF SMALL NORTHWEST SWELLS WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE
WEEKEND AND THE UPCOMING WEEK. THE CURRENT NORTHWEST SWELL WILL
BECOME REINFORCED SUNDAY BEFORE TRENDING DOWN MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
A LONG-PERIOD WEST-NORTHWEST SOURCE WILL ARRIVE THROUGH THE MID-
WEEK PERIOD AND LINGER THROUGH FRIDAY BEFORE BEING REINFORCED
WITH ANOTHER NORTHWEST SWELL OVER THE WEEKEND. EACH SWELL WILL BE
SIMILAR IN SIZE AND WELL BELOW ADVISORY LEVEL. STRENGTHENING TRADE
WINDS WILL LEAD TO ROUGH CONDITIONS ALONG THE EAST FACING SHORES
NEXT WEEK...HOWEVER...SURF HEIGHTS SHOULD REMAIN JUST BELOW
ADVISORY LEVEL. A SMALL SOUTHERLY SWELL WILL BE POSSIBLE SUNDAY
NIGHT INTO MONDAY. A SLIGHTLY LARGER SOUTHERLY SWELL WILL REMAIN
POSSIBLE NEXT WEEKEND.

SURF HEIGHTS ARE FORECAST HEIGHTS OF THE FACE OR FRONT OF WAVES. THE
SURF FORECAST IS BASED ON THE SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT...THE AVERAGE
HEIGHT OF THE ONE THIRD LARGEST WAVES...IN THE ZONE OF MAXIMUM
REFRACTION. SOME WAVES MAY BE MORE THAN TWICE AS HIGH AS THE
SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHT. EXPECT TO ENCOUNTER RIP CURRENTS IN OR NEAR
ANY SURF ZONE.
