  South central Windsor County in southern Vermont...

* Until 715 PM EDT

* At 612 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Whitesville,
  moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Trained weather spotters.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
           damage to trees and powerlines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Chester, Hartland Four Corners, Windsor, Ludlow, Cavendish,
  Andover, Ludlow Village, Perkinsville Village, Ascutney, Hartland,
  Baltimore, Weathersfield, West Windsor, Reading, Weston,
  Springfield, Perkinsville, Felchville, Brownsville and North
  Chester.
