.SYNOPSIS...A COOL AND SHOWERY PATTERN WILL REMAIN IN CONTROL OF THE
WEATHER ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THIS WEEK AS A LARGE UPPER LEVEL
TROUGH  REMAINS ANCHORED ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES.  PRECIPITATION THIS
WEEK IS EXPECTED TO REMAIN GENERALLY LIGHT...BUT WILL KEEP FIRE
WEATHER CONCERNS MINIMAL.  THE STRONG NORTHERLY WINDS OF TODAY WILL
DIMINISH TONIGHT AND REMAIN GENERALLY LIGHT AND FROM THE WEST AND
NORTHWEST THROUGH MIDWEEK.
