* HAZARDS...HEAVY WET SNOW.

* ACCUMULATIONS...5 TO 9 INCHES TONIGHT AND AROUND AN INCH
  TUESDAY...LEADING TO STORM TOTALS OF 5 TO 10 INCHES.

* SNOWFALL RATES...AN INCH PER HOUR DURING THE HEAVIEST SNOW
  OVERNIGHT.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 15 MPH.

* VISIBILITIES...A MILE AT TIMES.

* IMPACTS...HEAVY WET SNOW WILL RESULT IN DIFFICULT TRAVEL
  CONDITIONS TONIGHT AND EARLY TUESDAY. THE HEAVIEST SNOW WILL
  FALL OVERNIGHT...WITH SOMEWHAT LIGHTER SNOW LASTING INTO
  TUESDAY MORNING. THIS WILL RESULT IN A DIFFICULT COMMUTE
