Wind chills have come up since the overnight hours, but will
remain quite chilly despite winds less than 10 mph. Residents
should still use caution when spending time outdoors.

* WHAT...Snow creating limited visibility and snowpacked and
  slippery roads. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches
  are expected.

* WHERE...Powder River and Carter.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero
  will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed skin.
