 * FREEZING DRIZZLE IS EXPECTED TUESDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING.

 * SLIPPERY TRAVEL WILL DEVELOP ON TUESDAY FROM THE MIXTURE OF
   PRECIPITATION.

 * TRAVEL SPEEDS WILL BE SLOWED DUE TO SNOW COVERED ROADS AND IN
   SOME AREAS SLEET AND A GLAZE OF ICE.
