URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE

...SNOW SUNDAY AND SUNDAY NIGHT...

.Light snow will develop early Sunday and continue into Monday
morning. Periods of moderate snow are expected Sunday evening
through Monday morning. Warmer air begins to nose toward the Idaho
Panhandle Sunday night which may lead to a brief period of mixed
precipitation before transitioning to rain below 3000 feet.

...WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY IN EFFECT FROM 10 AM SUNDAY TO 10 AM
PST MONDAY...

* WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions. Total
  snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches, with mountain accumulations
  up to 8 inches expected.

* WHERE...Sandpoint, Bonners Ferry, Priest River, Eastport,
  Schweitzer Mountain Road, Kellogg, Pinehurst, Osburn, Wallace,
  Mullan, Fourth of July Pass, Dobson Pass, and Lookout Pass.

* WHEN...Light snow will begin Sunday morning and fall throughout
  the day. Snow will become moderate at times Sunday night and
  Monday morning. A transition to rain or rain...snow mix is
  expected Sunday night into Monday morning for elevations below
  3000 feet.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Be prepared for slick travel conditions
  Sunday through Monday morning. Travel across Dobson and Lookout
  Pass may become hazardous at times. Rain falling on snow covered
  valley roads Monday morning could lead to difficult...slushy
  travel conditions.

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving.
