* TIMING...LIGHT FREEZING RAIN AND RAIN DEVELOPING THIS EVENING
  MAY MIX WITH SLEET BEFORE ALL RAIN OCCURS LATE.

* IMPACTS...AREAS OF HAZARDOUS TRAVEL AT TIMES ON UNTREATED
  SURFACES, ESPECIALLY BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES.
