* WHAT...Southeast winds around 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Portions of south central and southwest North Dakota.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM CDT /10 PM MDT/ this evening.

* IMPACTS...Objects left unsecured outside will be blown around.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Gusty winds and low humidity values could
  bring near critical fire weather conditions through the early
  evening hours. Any fires that ignite may spread rapidly.
