...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1145 AM MDT THIS MORNING...

* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
  expected.

* WHERE...Cherry Creek in downtown Denver.

* WHEN...Until 1145 AM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...

    - At 851 AM MDT, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain. This may
    cause small stream flooding.

    - This includes the following streams and drainages...
    Cherry Creek in downtown Denver.

    - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Cherry Creek.


PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
