.Synopsis for Massachusetts and Rhode Island coastal waters...
Saturday, an elongated area of low pressure tracks up the eastern
seaboard near Cape Cod, then offshore Sunday with high pressure
building into New England. Next week, low pressure offshore may
combine with strong high pressure over Quebec, yielding onshore flow
and rough seas for Monday into early Tuesday. A ridge of high
pressure will be centered over the waters for Wednesday.
