Southeasterly 20-foot winds remain 11-13 mph today, while transport
winds increase from 20 mph this morning to 25 mph this afternoon.
Minimum relative humidity this afternoon is forecast to drop to the
mid-30% range, although there is a 30% chance that the minRH only
drops to 40% at the fire site. A wetting rainfall is not expected
at the fire site until early Tuesday morning that lasts into Tuesday
afternoon.
