At 733 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
St. Paul, or 18 miles north of Grand Island, moving north at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

  St. Paul around 740 AM CDT.
  Cushing around 745 AM CDT.
