Regional Weather Summary for the High Plains

The early overnight hours saw a few snow showers over parts of
Eastern Colorado and Western Kansas with a mix of clear skies and
clouds by the mid part of the night. Temperatures as of three in
the morning ranged from 29 at McCook, Nebraska to 35 in Oakley,
Kansas. Winds were either light or from the west at 10 mph.

OUTLOOK... For today, some early patchy fog and cloud cover are
forecast to give way to clear skies by the late afternoon hours.
Temperatures are forecast to climb to around 60. Tonight, clear
skies are forecast across the area with winds from the south at 10
to 15 mph. Lows will drop into the 30`s. Tomorrow, a much warmer
day is in store with sunny skies and temperatures reaching the
70`s and 80`s. There could be a few thunderstorms during the
afternoon and evening hours.
