WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...For the Small Craft Advisory, east winds 15 to 30 knots
  and waves 1 to 3 feet. For the Gale Warning, east gales to 40
  knots and waves 2 to 4 feet expected.

* WHERE...Grand Haven to Manistee.

* WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until 8 PM EDT this
  evening. For the Gale Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 6 AM
  EDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the
vessel for severe conditions.
