  Menard Creek near Rye affecting Hardin, Liberty and Polk Counties.

  Bedias Creek near Madisonville affecting Walker and Madison
  Counties.

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Long King Creek near Livingston affecting Polk and San Jacinto
  Counties.

  Trinity River near Romayor affecting Polk, Liberty and San
  Jacinto Counties.

  Trinity River at Liberty affecting Liberty County.

  Trinity River near Goodrich affecting Polk, Liberty and San
  Jacinto Counties.

  Trinity River near Moss Bluff affecting Liberty and Chambers
  Counties.

  Trinity River at Riverside affecting Walker, Polk, San Jacinto
  and Trinity Counties.

For the Trinity River...including Riverside, Romayor, Goodrich,
Liberty, Moss Bluff...Major flooding is forecast.
For the Menard Creek...including Rye...Major flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

To escape rising water, take the shortest path to higher ground.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
  This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Menard Creek near Rye.

* WHEN...Until early Monday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins with
  widespread inundation of the flood plain in the vicinity of the
  gage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 28.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 17.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:15 AM CDT Friday was 28.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will fall to 25.8 feet this morning. It
    will then rise to 34.5 feet this evening. It will fall below
    flood stage Sunday afternoon to 16.3 feet early Monday
    afternoon. It will then rise to 16.7 feet Monday evening. It
    will fall again and remain below flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    34.0 feet on 09/01/1961.

* WHERE...Long King Creek near Livingston.

* WHEN...Until this evening.

* IMPACTS...At 19.0 feet, At levels above 19 feet minor lowland
  flooding begins as water escapes the main channel of the creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:16 AM CDT Friday the stage was 20.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:16 AM CDT Friday was 27.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    this morning and continue falling to 4.5 feet early Wednesday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of

  widespread inundation of the flood plain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 24.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 16.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:45 AM CDT Friday was 25.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning and continue falling to 11.7 feet early
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 19.0 feet.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
  This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Romayor.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 42.8 feet, There is massive lowland flooding in
  vicinity of gage with thousands of head of livestock endangered
  unless moved to higher ground.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 40.5 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 30.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:30 AM CDT Friday was 40.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 44.4
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    43.5 feet on 04/13/1945.

* WHAT...Major flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
  This approaches the flood of record.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Liberty.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 29.0 feet, Major lowland flooding begins as homes in
  several subdivisions above Liberty begin flooding. Extensive
  flooding over much of Liberty County can be expected with each
  incremental rise in the river.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 6:15 AM CDT Friday the stage was 30.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 21.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 6:15 AM CDT Friday was 30.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river will rise to 31.7 feet Monday morning.
    It will then fall early Monday afternoon. It will rise to
    31.7 feet Monday evening. It will then fall again but remain
    above flood stage.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    31.0 feet on 10/21/1994.

* WHERE...Trinity River near Goodrich.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 46.8 feet, In past flood at levels above 46.8 feet
  many homes below Lake Livingston were flooded...some with water
  midway up their windows.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:45 AM CDT Friday the stage was 48.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 36.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:45 AM CDT Friday was 48.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 47.2 feet early
    Wednesday morning.
  - Flood stage is 36.0 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    48.3 feet on 08/30/2017.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 15.2 feet, Moderate lowland flooding begins in the
  vicinity of the gage.
  At 17.2 feet, Major lowland flooding begins in the vicinity of the
  gage.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 15.3 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 9.2 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:30 AM CDT Friday was 15.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.6
    feet this afternoon. It will then rise to 17.5 feet early
    Wednesday morning. Additional rises are possible thereafter.
  - Flood stage is 12.2 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    18.7 feet on 09/01/2017.

...FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Trinity River at Riverside.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 136.8 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues as
  the approaches to the FM 3478 bridge upstream of the gage are
  inundated and impassable. The lowest homes in the Green Rich
  Shores Subdivision are flooded with up to one half foot of water.
  Thomas Lake Road remains flooded and the lowest roads into
  properties off FM 980 northwest of Riverside are inundated and
  impassable.
  At 137.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues as several
  homes in the Green Rich Shores Subdivision in Walker County flood
  and water covers Thomas Lake Road. The lowest buildings off FM 980
  northwest of Riverside flood.
  At 138.0 feet, Moderate lowland flooding continues with water 3 to
  4 feet below the State Highway 19 Bridge and Plantation Drive near
  FM 230 is inundated. FM 2978 is flooded and impassable. Up to one
  foot of water is flowing over Thomas Lake Road which remains
  impassable. Several roads into the Green Rich Shores and Deep
  River Plantation subdivisions are covered with up to one foot of
  water and homes in Deep River Plantation are threatened.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 5:30 AM CDT Friday the stage was 139.2 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 133.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 5:30 AM CDT Friday was 139.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 139.7
    feet just after midnight tonight.
  - Flood stage is 133.5 feet.
  - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
    139.6 feet on 05/04/1957.
