DILLON AND EAST CENTRAL MARLBORO COUNTIES IS CANCELLED...

The severe thunderstorm which prompted the warning has weakened.
Therefore, the warning has been cancelled.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 1000 PM EDT for
southeastern North Carolina.

...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 715 PM EDT
FOR CENTRAL ROBESON COUNTY...

At 658 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Hestertown, or
over Lumberton, moving southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
         damage to trees and power lines.

Locations impacted include...
Lumberton, Fairmont, Rowland, Robeson Community College, Smiths,
Howellsville, Tolarsville, Barker Ten Mile, Hestertown, Mcdonald,
Raynham, and Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Please send your reports of hail and/or wind damage, including trees
or large limbs downed, by calling the National Weather Service office
in Wilmington at 1-800-697-3901.
