...The National Weather Service in Indianapolis IN has issued a
Flood Warning for the following rivers in Indiana...

  Mill Creek near Cataract.

.Rainfall of 1.5 inches to over 3 inches fell over central Indiana
over the last couple of days. This is bringing most creeks and
streams out of their banks and producing minor flooding along many
of them.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

The next statement should be issued late tonight by around 530 AM
EDT.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Mill Creek near Cataract.

* WHEN...Until tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 16.5 feet, Flood water near or on Owen Park Road.
  Camp Otto Road flooded by several feet of water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:30 PM EDT Thursday the stage was 14.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 15.9 feet this evening. It
    will then fall below flood stage late tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
