...LOCALIZED FLOODING POSSIBLE THIS EVENING INTO MONDAY...

THUNDERSTORMS WILL PRODUCE HEAVY RAIN LATE THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO
THE OVERNIGHT AS A SLOW MOVING FRONTAL BOUNDARY INTERSECTS A VERY
MOIST AIRMASS OVER THE OHIO VALLEY. TOTAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL
BE ONE TO TWO INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE WHERE
STORMS PERSIST. THE BEST CHANCES FOR THESE HEAVIER AMOUNTS WILL
BE SOUTH OF HIGHWAY 30. THIS HEAVY RAIN COULD LEAD TO SOME MINOR
FLOODING ON AREA RIVERS...ALONG SIGNIFICANT PONDING OF WATER ON
ROADWAYS AND POTENTIAL LOCALIZED FLASH FLOODING IN LOW LYING
