...Heavy rainfall possible from late Monday into Tuesday...

A weather system will move north from the Gulf of Mexico and is
expected to bring heavy rain north of the Ohio River. There is a
good chance for heavy rainfall from northern Indiana into
northwest Ohio and far southern Lower Michigan from late Monday
into Tuesday. There are several factors coming together that have
the potential for a more widespread heavy rainfall in the range of
2 to 4 inches. Locally higher amounts are possible. Although most
rivers are very low at the onset due to dry conditions, excessive
rainfall will likely cause rapid rises on at least some rivers and
may lead to flooding.
