  NEW BUFFALO MI TO ST JOSEPH MI...
  MICHIGAN CITY IN TO NEW BUFFALO MI...
  LAKE MICHIGAN MICHIGAN CITY IN TO ST. JOSEPH MI 5 NM OFF SHORE TO
  MID LAKE...

AT 1034 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A LINE OF SHOWERS WITH A
FEW EMBEDDED THUNDERSTORMS...CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 30
KNOTS FROM 32 NM NORTHWEST OF BURNS HARBOR TO 15 NM SOUTHWEST OF
BURNS HARBOR...MOVING EAST SOUTHEAST AT 15 KNOTS. THE STORMS HAVE
BEEN SHOWINGS SIGNS OF WEAKENING AS THEY PROGRESS EAST BUT STILL
POSE A THREAT TO BOATS ON SOUTHEASTERN LAKE MICHIGAN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 30 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES... AND LIGHTNING STRIKES. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER SEEKING SAFE
HARBOR UNTIL THESE STORMS PASS.
