* WINDS...BECOMING NORTHWEST TO 30 KNOTS THIS EVENING INCREASING
  TO GALES TO 35 KNOTS AFTER MIDNIGHT. GUSTS TO 40 KNOT GALES
  CONTINUING INTO EARLY TUESDAY EVENING.

* WAVES...BUILDING TO 10 TO 16 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL 20 TO 22 FOOT
  BY LATE TONIGHT AND CONTINUING INTO TUESDAY. WAVES SUBSIDING TO
  AROUND 10 FEET WITH OCCASIONAL 15 FEET WAVES TUESDAY NIGHT.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A GALE WARNING MEANS WINDS OF 34 TO 47 KNOTS ARE IMMINENT OR
OCCURING. OPERATING A VESSEL IN GALE CONDITIONS REQUIRES
EXPERIENCE AND PROPERLY EQUIPPED VESSELS. IT IS HIGHLY
RECOMMENDED THAT MARINERS WITHOUT THE PROPER EXPERIENCE SEEK SAFE
HARBOR PRIOR TO THE ONSET OF GALE CONDITIONS.
