...NWS DAMAGE SURVEY FOR 07/10/17 TORNADO EVENT...UPDATE 1

.OVERVIEW...
A National Weather Service Damage Survey team has determined that at
least 2 tornadoes occurred during the event. Minor changes in the
path of the Miami county tornado were made in this issuance.

Spotter reports, along with picture and video footage indicates that
there was possible touchdowns in both Wabash and Huntington
counties. However, no reports of damage have been received into
local Emergency Management offices or the National Weather Service.
In addition, the survey team did drive through the areas that were
reported to have touchdowns and found no signs of damage. We will
continue to review all data and update if needed.

County Road 600 E. Tornado was skipping along its path.

EF2...Strong....111 to 135 mph
EF3...Strong....136 to 165 mph

EF5...Violent...>200 mph
