Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (50-60 percent).
Min temperature.....Around 63.
Beach winds.........North winds around 10 mph.
Waves...............1 to 3 feet building to 2 to 4 feet after
                    midnight.
Water temperature...Middle 70s.
Swim risk...........Moderate. Breaking waves and currents are
                    expected. Stay away from dangerous areas like
                    piers, breakwalls, and river outlets. Always
                    have a flotation device with you in the water.
