* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is occurring.

* WHERE...A portion of south central Kentucky, including the
  following county, Allen.

* WHEN...Until 415 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1252 PM CDT, Although the rain ended several hours ago,
    some roads, especially low water crossings, still have water
    over them.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Scottsville, Rodemer, Petroleum, West Fork, Forest Springs,
    Halifax, Chapel Hill, Red Hill, Oak Forest and Halfway.
