...HIGH WIND WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 10 PM CDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Southwest winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...The far southern Texas Panhandle, the South Plains, and
  portions of the Rolling Plains.

* WHEN...From 11 AM to 10 PM CDT Sunday.

* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property and
  cause power outages. Travel could be difficult, especially for
  high profile vehicles. Blowing dust may result in significant
  visibility reductions, especially on the Caprock.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People are urged to secure loose objects that could be blown around
or damaged by the wind.

  power outages may result.
