...COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM EDT THIS
AFTERNOON...
...COASTAL FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 11 PM THIS EVENING TO
8 AM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of
  inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal
  flooding. For the Coastal Flood Warning, up to one foot of
  inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due
  to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Anne Arundel County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 5 PM EDT this
  afternoon, especially around the time of high tide. For the
  Coastal Flood Warning, from 11 PM this evening to 8 AM EDT
  Sunday, especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.2 feet, water begins to approach businesses on
  Dock Street in Annapolis. The City Dock parking lot is
  flooded. Compromise Street is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Annapolis U.S. Naval Academy is
  at 2:47 PM and 3:34 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

* WHAT...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, up to one half foot of
  inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal
  flooding. For the Coastal Flood Warning, up to one foot of
  inundation above ground level expected in low lying areas due
  to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County.

* WHEN...For the Coastal Flood Advisory, until 2 PM EDT this
  afternoon, especially around the time of high tide. For the
  Coastal Flood Warning, from 8 PM this evening to 4 AM EDT
  Sunday, especially around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water covers roads on Saint George
  Island, is in yards, and is approaching structures. To the
  east, inundation is occurring at multiple marinas off St.
  Mary`s River, Smith Creek, and Jutland Creek.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 12:26 PM and
  12:51 AM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 10:47 AM and
  11:22 PM. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 11:50 AM and
  12:15 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. If
travel is required, do not drive around barricades or through
water of unknown depth.

9 AM EDT SUNDAY...

* WHAT...Up to one foot of inundation above ground level
  expected in low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in the District of Columbia, Arlington
  County, and the City of Alexandria.

* WHEN...From 4 PM this afternoon to 9 AM EDT Sunday, especially
  around the time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...Shoreline inundation is expected along portions of
  the seawall adjacent to Ohio Drive and the Hains Point Loop Road
  and near the Tidal Basin. Water is expected to approach the
  curb near the intersection of King Street and Strand Street in
  Alexandria.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one to one and a half feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Washington Channel is at 5:44 PM
  and 6:09 AM. The next high tide at Alexandria is at 6:02 PM and
  6:27 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in
  low lying areas due to tidal flooding.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Calvert County.

* WHEN...Until 3 AM EDT Sunday, especially around the time of
  high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, Compromise Street begins to flood in
  Annapolis. Flooding of much of the City Dock parking lot is
  occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Solomons Island is at 11:30 AM and
  12:17 AM. The next high tide at Chesapeake Beach is at 1:28 PM
  and 2:03 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If travel is required, allow extra time as some roads may be
closed. Do not drive around barricades or through water of
unknown depth. Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone
property.

* WHERE...Shoreline in Charles and King George Counties.

* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon, especially around the
  time of high tide.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, water reaches yards near Cobb Island
  and docks near Dahlgren.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above
  normal. The next high tide at Indian Head is at 5:30 PM and 5:55
  AM. The next high tide at Goose Bay is at 1:36 PM and 2:01 AM.
  The next high tide at Dahlgren is at 12:23 PM and 12:59 AM.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
