Nearby observations from Sebastian indicate RH around in the upper
50 percent range, while Kissimmee and Okeechobee City sites are
around 40 percent. A sea breeze is nearly stationary just to the
east, but may progress far enough inland to reach the burn site in
the next 1.5 to 3 hours. If this occurs, present winds out of the
southwest will quickly veer out of the east-southeast, becoming
gusty to around 20 mph. Fire sensitive conditions are expected to
persist.

Heat indices are in the 90s to around 100 degrees, so heat
exhaustion should also be a consideration.
