.DISCUSSION...For the East Range prescribed burn, high clouds this
morning will give way to mostly sunny skies this afternoon.
Southerly winds will increase and become southwest by mid morning
with gusts around 25-30 MPH before decreasing and turning more
westerly by late afternoon. Temperatures will top out in the low
to mid 60s with RH values around 30-35%.

.REST OF TODAY...

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy (70-80 percent) then becoming
                    mostly sunny (45-55 percent).
Temperature.........53 at ignition...Max 63.
RH..................46 percent at ignition...Min 33 percent.
Wind (20 ft)........Winds south at 17 mph at ignition...otherwise
                    Southwest winds 13 to 17 mph with gusts to
                    around 28 mph shifting to the west late in the
                    afternoon.
