morning will give way to mostly sunny skies this afternoon.
Southerly winds will increase and become southwest by mid morning
with gusts around 25-30 MPH before decreasing and turning more
westerly by late afternoon. Temperatures will top out in the low
to mid 60s with RH values around 30-35%.

                    mostly sunny (45-55 percent).
