Isolated severe thunderstorms, producing large hail or damaging winds, are possible from mid afternoon to early evening across south central Upper Michigan, roughly south of a line from Iron River to Gwinn to west of Manistique. Some smoke and haze could be seen this afternoon and tonight over the western U.P..
