.SYNOPSIS...Broad ridging will dominate the Atlantic and
Caribbean waters during the next several days allowing for
moderate to fresh trade winds over the Atlantic waters and
mostly moderate trade winds over the Caribbean waters. Seas
are expected to be in the moderate range through the period.
