Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure centered S of the southern waters will move farther S of the area tonight. A weak warm front will move E across the waters tonight into early Mon. A weak cold front will quickly follow, pushing E and SE across the waters later tonight into Mon. An area of low pressure will move E off the New Jersey coast Tue night and stay just S of the area Wed and pass SE of Georges Bank Wed night. Weak high pressure will build into the area from the N Mon night through Thu then shift S of the area Thu night.
