beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...A weak cold front will move S
across the N waters tonight, stall over the central portions
later tonight into Thu, then dissipate Thu night. High pressure
will build over the waters later Thu night, shift to the S
portions Fri and Fri night, then dissipate Sat. Another cold
front will move into the N waters Thu night, then move slowly
across the remainder of the area Fri through Sat. Behind the cold
front, a high pressure ridge will build S across the waters Fri
night through Sun, and then will shift E of the area Sun night
into Mon. Another weak cold front will move to the coast Sun
night, then move offshore Mon and Mon night.

Hudson Canyon to Baltimore Canyon including the waters west of
39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
