West central North Atlantic continental shelf and slope waters
beyond 20 nm to 250 nm offshore, including south of Georges Bank
from 1000 fm to 250 nm offshore.

Conditions given represent the highest within that period.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR MID ATLC WATERS...Low pressure over the N waters
early this morning will move off to the E of the region today
while pulling a cold front from the N waters into the central
waters. The front will weaken and stall over the central or S
waters tonight into Sat, and then dissipate by Sat night. High
pressure will build S and SE over the waters N of the front
today, tonight into Sat. The high will dominate most of the area
later Sat into Sun, before sliding off to the E and NE of the
waters later Sun into Sun night as a weak cold front approaches
the coast. The front will remain near the coast Mon, slowly move
SE over the northern waters Mon night into Tue, and then stall
over the central waters Tue night.

39.3N 71.9W...SW to 37.7N 72.9W
