Yesterday, a few isolated showers in the early morning produced only
a tiny amount of rain to the north.

Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Generally,up to a quarter-inch of rain is expected to fall across
the region. In the Allegheny Basin, rainfall amounts may reach
up to one-third of an inch. Expect rainfall amounts to be
higher in and around thunderstorms.

River trends...
The water levels of the District`s rivers and streams are expected to
continue decreasing. However, there is a slight chance of a temporary increase
in flow due to possible rainfall tomorrow, depending on its location and amount.
