.DISCUSSION...Conditions will be drying out today, but
temperatures will remain cool. Light snow showers in the
mountainous terrain will be possible over far northeastern
Oregon, but accumulations will be light. A quick moving upper
level system will impact mainly Oregon zones late tonight through
Thursday afternoon with rain and mountain snow showers. Another
period of dry conditions will develop Thursday night through early
Friday afternoon, followed by increasing rain shower chances late
Friday. Winds of 10-15mph will also be turning to the south and
southeast ahead of the incoming Friday system.
