PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

If you encounter a flooded roadway, turn around and find an
alternative route.

...FLOOD ADVISORY FOR SNOWMELT REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL FURTHER
NOTICE...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by snowmelt continues.

* WHERE...Portneuf River at Topaz.

* WHEN...Until further notice.

* IMPACTS...At 3.5 feet, Near bankfull from Pebble Creek Road
  downstream to Inkom. Isolated ponding in flat areas near Symons
  Road.
  At 4.0 feet, Lowland and crop field flooding possible from Pebble
  Creek to Inkom.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1:15 PM MDT Tuesday the stage was 3.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to hover just below flood
    stage of 4.0 feet through early next week.
  - Action stage is 3.5 feet.
  - Flood stage is 4.0 feet.
