.SYNOPSIS FOR THE SOUTHERN WASHINGTON AND NORTHERN OREGON COAST...
High pressure will build offshore on Tuesday and persist into
Wednesday. Friday, a low pressure system in the NE Pacific
moves southeast towards California, bringing elevated winds
across the waters and expected to persist through the weekend.
