.DISCUSSION...A low pressure today dropping southeastward across
the region will produce plenty of showers. High pressure will
temporarily shift over the region tonight into Wednesday and lead
to showers decreasing quickly this evening across the region.
Clearing skies will bring a 40-50% chance for fog and/or low
clouds to develop towards daybreak on Wednesday. Any fog or low
clouds that do develop should dissipate between 1000 and 1200 on
Wednesday. Expect light north to northwest winds Wednesday
afternoon even when clouds clear.

Sky/weather.........Mostly cloudy. Showers. A slight chance
                     of thunderstorms after 1300.
Chance of pcpn......90 percent.
Max temperature.....50-52.
Min humidity........60-65 percent.

Surface winds.......Southwest winds 10 to 14 mph.
Ceiling.............1500 ft in the morning becoming 3000 feet
                     in the afternoon.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy. A chance of showers and a slight
                     chance of thunderstorms in the early evening.
                     Patchy frost and fog late.
Chance of pcpn......30 percent, mainly in the evening.
Min temperature.....34-36.
Max humidity........95-100 percent.
Dewpoint............38 decreasing to 35 early in the morning.
Surface winds.......West 6 to 8 mph in the evening becoming
                     drainage less than 3 mph after 2000.
Ceiling.............4000 feet in the evening temporarily clearing
                     overnight with a 40% chance of ceilings
                     reforming in the 400 to 800 ft range late as
                     fog and low clouds form.
Visibility..........10 miles until late.


.WEDNESDAY...

Sky/weather.........Patchy fog and low clouds in the morning
                     becoming partly cloudy after 1100. Rain
                     chances do not really begin to increase
                     until Wednesday evening.
Chance of pcpn......Less than 10 percent increasing to 30 percent
                     after 1700.
Max temperature.....59-61.
Min humidity........40-45 percent.
Dewpoint............36.
Surface winds.......Light winds becoming north to northwest 3-5 mph
                     after 1200.
Ceiling.............A 40% chance they will be as low as 400-800 ft
                     early in the morning. Either way, ceilings
                     will become 4000 feet or higher by afternoon.
Visibility..........A 40% chance that visibilities will be less than
                     3 miles. Either way, visibilities will be
                     10 miles or more after 1100-1200.
