...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN MOORE...SCOTLAND...
EASTERN RICHMOND...NORTHWESTERN CUMBERLAND AND HOKE COUNTIES THROUGH
700 PM EDT...

At 614 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Pinehurst, or over Southern Pines, moving east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Laurinburg, Southern Pines, Raeford, Fort Liberty, Pinehurst, Hamlet,
Aberdeen, Maxton, Hoffman, and Pope AFB.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
