 The San Diego River at Fashion Valley is expected to steadily rise through
 tonight. The river will reach Monitor Stage at 7.5 ft around 9 PM tonight and Flood Stage early Tuesday morning. The river is expected to peak around 7 am Tuesday at 10.4 ft. The river is forecast to remain above 10 ft for much of the day Tuesday. The river will slowly decrease falling below flood stage Tuesday night and below monitor stage by Thursday night.

The Santa Margarita River is currently above monitor stage at 9 ft. The river is expected to continue to rise through this evening, peaking late tonight at 10.6 ft. The river is expected to remain near 10 ft through much of the day Tuesday. The river will begin to slowly decrease from its peak at 10.6 ft but is forecast to stay above monitor stage through Saturday.
