AS THE UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE PROGRESSES EAST OF THE REGION
TODAY INTO TONIGHT... ARCTIC HIGH PRESSURE WILL BEGIN TO BUILD IN
TO THE AREA... PROVIDING DRY AND VERY COLD CONDITIONS FOR FRIDAY AND
SATURDAY. AS THE HIGH MOVES OFF TO THE EAST LATE SATURDAY...
RETURN FLOW WILL ALLOW FOR A MODERATION IN TEMPERATURES AHEAD OF A
LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM... WHICH WILL APPROACH THE OHIO VALLEY SUNDAY.
THIS SYSTEM WILL BRING A CHANCE OF WINTRY PRECIPITATION TO THE
AREA SUNDAY IN TO MONDAY. A STRONGER STORM SYSTEM WILL APPROACH
THE REGION TOWARDS THE MIDDLE OF NEXT WEEK... BRINGING MORE
CHANCES FOR PRECIPITATION TO THE AREA.
