High pressure will provide abundant sunshine and dry conditions
today before sliding east of the region tonight into early Monday.
A weak upper level disturbance will provide a chance for
precipitation for southern parts of the area late tonight into the
day on Monday as warmer air builds into the Ohio Valley. A warm
front is expected to lift north through the area on Tuesday, with
showers and thunderstorms possible Tuesday and Wednesday. Much
above normal temperatures are expected before a cold front moves
through midweek, providing a reinforcing shot of seasonably cold
air for the end of the workweek.
