YAP STATE BY THIS AFTERNOON. THEN ON WEDNESDAY EVENING...LONG-PERIOD
NORTHWEST SWELL PRODUCED BY SUPER TYPHOON SOUDELOR OVER THE
PHILIPPINE SEA IS GOING TO PROLONG HAZARDOUS SURF THROUGH FRIDAY.

...A HIGH SURF ADVISORY IS NOW IN EFFECT FOR SOUTH AND WEST FACING
SHORES...

SURF ALONG SOUTH AND WEST FACING SHORES IS EXPECTED TO RISE AND
REACH HAZARDOUS LEVELS OF 8 TO 10 FEET BY THIS AFTERNOON. THEN SURF
WILL BUILD FURTHER TO BETWEEN 9 AND 11 FEET WEDNESDAY AND SPREAD TO
NORTH FACING SHORES WEDNESDAY EVENING. SURF IS GOING TO REMAIN AT
THESE LEVELS THROUGH THURSDAY BEFORE GRADUALLY SUBSIDING FRIDAY.

AVOID VENTURING NEAR EXPOSED REEFS AND BEACHES...ESPECIALLY THOSE
FACING SOUTH AND WEST...AS RIP CURRENTS WILL BE LIFE THREATENING.
