...Data for North Little Rock for November 2017...

.Summary...

November 2017 at North Little Rock was warmer than the 30-year
average. What helped the month stay above average was the high
temperatures at the beginning of the month. The warmest period was
the first week, when high temperatures were in the 70s and 80s for
five out of seven days, and daily temperatures were as much as 15 to
near 20 degrees above average. The coolest period of the month was
from the 7th through the 14th, and the 19th through the 23rd, with
daily temperatures five to near 10 degrees below average at times.

Rain was severely lacking this month. Measurable rain fell on four
days, but amounted to less than half an inch for the month. This was
also the fewest measurable rain days in November since 2009. No rain
fell after the 15th.

No snow fell for the 3rd November in a row.

.Monthly Temperatures...
The average high temperature was the coolest since 2015. The average
low was the coolest since 2014. The average monthly temperature was
the coolest since 2015. Even so, the average high and average
monthly temperatures were still the 6th warmest on record.

.Daily Temperatures...
Daily temperatures were above average on 18 days and below average
on 12 days.

low temperature since 1994, and set a new record for the warmest November
low temperature at North Little Rock since records began. The previous
record was 68 degrees on November 3, 1994.

On the 2nd, the low temperature of 66 degrees most recently tied November
2, 2016 for the 4th warmest low temperature on record for the month.

On the 2nd, the daily average temperature of 74.0 degrees ranked as the
2nd warmest daily average temperature for the month.

On the 3rd, the daily average temperature of 73.5 degrees most recently
tied November 2, 2003 for the 3rd warmest on record for the month.

.Monthly Rainfall...
Rainfall was significantly below average. It was the driest November since
1999, and the driest on record. The previous driest November was in 1999,
when 0.50 inches of rain fell.

It was also the 9th driest month since records began in 1975.
