2016...

THE AVERAGE TEMPERATURE FOR JANUARY 2016 AT SOUTH LAKE TAHOE WAS
29.9 DEGREES WHICH IS 0.4 DEGREES ABOVE NORMAL.  THE HIGHEST
TEMPERATURE FOR JANUARY WAS 52 DEGREES WHICH OCCURRED ON THE 21ST.
THE LOWEST TEMPERATURE FOR THE MONTH WAS MINUS 8 DEGREES WHICH WAS
RECORDED ON THE 1ST.

FOR JANUARY 2016 A TOTAL OF 5.15 INCHES OF PRECIPITATION WAS
RECORDED AT SOUTH LAKE TAHOE.  THIS IS 2.48 INCHES ABOVE NORMAL.

A TOTAL OF 30.2 INCHES OF SNOWFALL WAS REPORTED AT SOUTH LAKE TAHOE
FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY 2016.

THE AVERAGE WIND SPEED FOR THE MONTH WAS 5.8 MPH.  THE PEAK WIND
GUST FOR THE MONTH WAS 51 MPH FROM THE SOUTH WHICH OCCURRED ON BOTH
THE 13TH AND THE 14TH.
