Lower Texas coastal waters from Baffin Bay to the mouth of the
Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Stronger winds to persist until midnight with a slow
diminishing of winds overnight and lowering of seas Monday morning.
Pressure gradient is not expected to be as strong Monday as lower
pressure in West Texas weakens and begins to lift northeast. A
further decrease in onshore flow is expected Tuesday and Wednesday
as surface High pressure over the Gulf builds westward. As the
winds diminish moisture increases with an isolated shower or
thunderstorm possible anytime Tuesday through Thursday.
