Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...Surface high pressure over the northeast Gulf of Mexico
will maintain light to moderate southeast winds and low to
moderate seas across the lower Texas coastal waters over the next
several days. A cold front will approach south Texas and the
adjacent coastal waters late next week with some increasing winds
and building seas. Isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms will also be possible through the mid portion of
next week.
