.SYNOPSIS...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL
BE POSSIBLE ALONG THE LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS TODAY AS AN UPPER
DISTURBANCE AND A SURFACE COLD FRONT FRONT INFLUENCE THE WEATHER.
SMALL CRAFT ADVISORY CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP ON THE GULF WATERS
TONIGHT AND EARLY SATURDAY DUE TO STRONGER NORTH WINDS. QUIETER
CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL SATURDAY NIGHT THROUGH MONDAY...BUT A COLD
FRONT ON TUESDAY WILL RESULT IN STRONG NORTH WINDS AND POSSIBLE
