OF THE WAVES...ALONG WITH OCCASIONAL HEIGHT OF THE AVERAGE HIGHEST

.SYNOPSIS FOR THE MIDDLE TEXAS COASTAL WATERS...
AN ONSHORE FLOW THIS MORNING WILL CONTINUE TO WEAKEN AS A COLD
FRONT APPROACHES THE AREA. THE COLD FRONT WILL ENTER THE WATERS
BY LATE THIS AFTERNOON...WITH SHOWERS AND POSSIBLE THUNDERSTORMS
EXPECTED TO DEVELOP NEAR AND ALONG THE BOUNDARY. PATCHY SEA FOG
WILL CONTINUE THROUGH MUCH OF TODAY BEFORE THE FRONT ARRIVES. A
MODERATE TO STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW IS EXPECTED BEHIND THE COLD FRONT
TONIGHT INTO SUNDAY. A POTENT UPPER LEVEL DISTURBANCE WILL MOVE
TOWARD THE WATERS TONIGHT WITH ADDITIONAL SHOWERS DEVELOPING.
STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL GRADUALLY DECREASE SUNDAY AFTERNOON WITH
RAIN CHANCES DECREASING IN THE AFTERNOON AS THE UPPER LEVEL
DISTURBANCE MOVES TO THE EAST. A GENERALLY WEAK ONSHORE FLOW WILL
DEVELOP LATE MONDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE MOVES EAST. ANOTHER STRONG
COLD FRONT WILL SLIDE SOUTH ON TUESDAY BRINGING STRONG NORTHERLY
FLOW AND UNSEASONABLY COLD CONDITIONS TO THE AREA ALONG WITH
CHANCES FOR RAIN.
