.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
MODERATE ONSHORE WINDS WILL PERSIST FOR THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS
WITH HIGH PRESSURE OVER THE EASTERN U.S. CONDITIONS ARE SLIGHTLY
FAVORABLE FOR SEA FOG AS WARM MOIST AIR OVER RIDES COOLER WATER
NEAR THE COAST...BUT AT THIS TIME IMPACTS ARE EXPECTED TO BE FAIRLY
LIMITED. A STRONG OFFSHORE FLOW WILL DEVELOP WEDNESDAY  IN THE WAKE
OF A COLD FRONT THAT SHOULD PASS THROUGH OFFSHORE AREAS WEDNESDAY
AFTERNOON. MODERATE TO STRONG EAST WINDS WILL  DEVELOP THURSDAY
NIGHT AND CONTINUE THROUGH SATURDAY NIGHT.  ELEVATED TIDE LEVELS
WILL BE POSSIBLE TOWARD THE END OF NEXT WEEK.
